International Shipping Information
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you
selected. Here's the equation we use:
(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, many items on our site show 24-hour availability. If you select Standard Shipping, your shipping time will be 7 to 21 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day (availability) + 7 to 21 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 8 to 22 days after you place your order.Please read our Customs Information
A note about standard shipping: Packages sent via standard shipping go by surface mail. Shipping time varies widely depending on the destination. In our experience, standard shipments take about 2-3 weeks to Canada, 6 weeks to the U.K., 6-8 weeks to Japan and Australia, and 10 to 12 weeks to Brazil, to name a few.
